Great shade space for deck
We recently had our deck rebuilt and wanted to add some shade. We tossed around getting an umbrella, but to cover a table and chairs for 8 people required such a large umbrella with a massive base. So we decided on this gazebo instead. It was delivered very fast, just a few days. It comes in two fairly large boxes and is packed beautifully. There was not any damage to any pieces. I would give them 5+ stars for how well it was packed in the boxes. We laid all the parts out on the garage floor and just brought the pieces out on the deck as we needed them (it was really hot out and the less work in the sun the better;-)). The instructions are all in pictograms with no written instructions, which was fine with me. You just need to make sure you study the pictures well before beginning a task or step. But I found them easy to understand and follow. They show a picture of needing three people to assemble, but just my wife and I were able to assemble it easily. Because of the heat, we worked at a slower pace and just spent a few hours for two days and it was completed. It looks great, seems really well made, and has a very nice powder coated textured finish. We bolted it to the deck and it seems pretty solid in the wind. Overall we are really happy with this gazebo and would recommend it to others.

Great addition to our patio.
Great item. My son and I put this together less than a year ago. Definitely need two people to assemble. Both of us are handy and it took us awhile to assemble. Of course, it was one of the hottest days of the year. I installed it on a patio made from pavers, 12X12. I secured it to the pavers. The wind whips thru our back yard. It has held up to 30MPH winds". I added and aftermarket ceiling fan that fit perfectly and helps with the temps in the summer. The screen was easy to install and is a must for keeping the bugs out. The closeable canvas keeps the rain out. Look very nice. Its held up well. I would recommend this product.

Looks great but a few issues
Pros: The product looks beautiful. I love that you can see through the ceiling. It wasn't hard to assemble, just time consuming. (Two adults and a third when it was time to raise the structure- 6 hours.) It seems sturdy. There are extra nuts and bolts if you lose one. After only a few days it has been through a few mild winds (10-15mph) and is holding up fine. Ours is bolted to a deck. Cons: Some of the holes didn't line up, metal frames were slightly bent (use a wrench to bend back into place.) The roof material seems flimsy and will likely break if anything falls on it. The curtains and ties make no sense. The attachment plastic things for the curtains will likely break. Tips: Plan a whole day to assemble this or do it in two days (frame first then the roof panels.) Lay everything out alphabetically first (but don't unwrap.) Leave the roof panels in the box till you need them so they don't break or get damaged. Square the corners early (we didn't and it was a pain in the end.) Use a power tool to tighten all the screws. Have a wrench and persuader (aka rubber mallet) handy if the metal needs to be bent back into place. A screwdriver can help line up the holes that are off just a little. Do the roof panels exactly according to the diagram (my hubby tried to go rogue and it was really confusing until I insisted that we follow the directions.) It is helpful to have two step ladders and three saw horses for assembly. The saw horses save your back and the ladders save your shoulders. Go slowly and take your time, I watched a video on how to assemble it the night before and it really helped. Good luck!

HORRIBLE ! CHEAPLY MADE!
Does it look good ? Yeah I will give it that … but that’s it !! I am very upset by this product . I spent $600 on it last may thinking I was getting a very sturdy , hard top gazebo .. I was wrong . It sat in my garage for a year only because things in life kept coming up and I didn’t have any help to get it put up until recently. had I had known what was in the boxes, I would’ve sent it back when I got it a year ago. As far as the hardtop goes yes I will eat that one. That is my problem because I should have read better. I typed in on the search bar for a hard top gazebo so this one popped up and of course, looking at the pictures and also with me thinking that I am searching for a hard top , I thought that this one would be but turns out it’s not it’s some cheap polycarbonate. Assembly took us 10 hours because the directions were confusing , pieces were missing , and some pieces that was supposed to have holes in it , don’t so we had to make our own . I do not recommend this product at all !!
