The barrel is one of the main foundation pieces for any piped border, acting as a support for other scroll pieces, used alone its symmetrical shape can give a beautiful border. Features: Symmetrical shape Beautiful piped border piece Large Barrel dimensions: 50 x 19 x 9mm / 1.97 x 0.75 x 0.35" Small Barrel dimensions: 37 x 14 x 7mm / 1.46 x 0.55 x 0.28" The ground breaking Creative Cake System has been co-created with leading international cake artist Ceri Griffiths, that for the first time allow cake decorators to use sugar paste or fondant to achieve a professional Royal Iced look to their cakes. The silicone moulds in the Creative Cake System will create the building blocks of the royal icing technique in fondant or sugar paste. Together these innovative moulds work in endless combinations of creativity. All Katy Sue moulds are made in our factory in the UK and are made with FDA compliant food grade silicone. Moulds can be used with: sugar paste, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy, boiled sugar, cold porcelain, salt dough, air drying clay, polymer clay, embossing powder, wax, soap and resin. How to Use with Fondant or Sugarpaste: Wash and dry moulds well before use and lightly dust with corn flour to ease release. Keeping mould on a flat firm surface, push in a smooth ball of paste. Press paste evenly and firmly into mould without overfilling. Use a rolling pin and apply even pressure to ensure all areas are full and the base is flat. Scrape away any excess paste then push paste away from the edges so that you get a clean release. Turn over mould and release paste embellishment gently onto a clean surface. Dishwasher safe. The mould can be used in an oven up to 200°c
