Great Product!
I have a strict diet do to some GI issues, and I've been looking for a protein powder that had a high amino content without the junk. I can't do whey protein either. This is the first protein I've used that doesn't make me feel bloated or over full. I also appreciate how it's raw without sugar or artificial stuff. You can add your own sugar or stevia or splenda or whatever. I mix it in my nutri bullet with stevia, cocao and sometimes a green apple - tastes awesome. It does mix well, but you do need to add something other wise it's not that tasty. You could try the vanilla blast version if you're worried about taste, but like I said you can start raw and make it whatever you want.

Quality U.S./Canadian protein powder with a low-glycemic index!
I've been looking for an all grown/processed U.S./Canadian protein powder with a low-glycemic index along with a balance of essential amino acids and found this to be a good product that meets all my needs! Here is my smoothie recipe if you're looking for something that taste good and has nutritional benefits for most food diets: 1 tablespoon Country Spoon Montmorency Red Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate 34 oz (read label for benefits); 2 tablespoons Growing Naturals Pea Protein Powder Original, 32.2 Ounce (high protein, low-glycemic & all originated and processed in U.S. & Canada); 4 or 6 frozen/fresh strawberries & 1 frozen/fresh banana; 1 or 2 teaspoons of Bragg organic apple cider vinegar (read the label for it's many benefits); 8 ounces of Silk Almond Unsweetened Milk (almonds are a low-glycemic food, also read label for it's benefits); 1 tablespoon of coconut cream (optional for low GI index diets) 1 cup of ice. Cheers!

Second time I purchased
I don't typically purchase protein powders because most of them upset my stomach or they taste bad. I like this one for smoothies. It has yet to upset my stomach. It doesn't have any grainy taste to it. It isn't chalky like many of them. And it doesn't have any distinguishable flavor, so it goes with anything you want to add it to. It is also very filling. If I am making a smoothie for a snack, I have to make sure that I don't use it a whole scoop or I won't want to eat dinner. I highly recommend this product.

Happy Camper
For my NutriBullet smoothies, I USED to add UNFLAVORED, UNSWEETENED protein powder that I bought in the bulk-bins at my local supermarket at a reasonable cost. However, they discontinued the bulk items after Covid hit, and I found that the pre-packaged brands all contain some kind of sweetener (I'm NOT a fan of the Stevia aftertaste, and who NEEDS it when there are a lot of sweet FRUITS in a smoothie?) -- not to mention the HIGH PRICES of these other products!! However, I thought I'd give it one more try, and search for an AFFORDABLE, unsweetened, unflavored protein powder. HOORAY!! I found it!! This brand (Growing Naturals) has ONE ingredient: Pea Protein... and the cost is doable!! I just tried it in one of my smoothies, and (because you can't TASTE it), it was FANTASTIC!! I also feel energized and satiated. WIN/WIN! I will be adding THIS product to my Subscribe & Save items. :o)

I've been using the Arbonne Pea Protein powder which is wonderful but expensive
I am usually able to discern a product from the reviews. I've been using the Arbonne Pea Protein powder which is wonderful but expensive. After reading the reviews, I decided that I would order and try the Growing Naturals Protein powder in vanilla. I opened it and made my first smoothie. I immediately poured that smoothie down the sink and threw the protein powder in the trash - the entire container. What a waste of money. Horrible taste and very gritty. Not acceptable.

Great single ingredient protein powder
I am doing 2 protein shakes a day because I'm trying to lose weight and it's also convenient. I recently had food sensitivity testing done which showed I was positive for milk, so I had to find some other protein sources besides whey. Because of food sensitivity, they need to be single ingredient protein powders. This fits the bill. I got the original flavor because that enables me to mix it with my choice of fruit, etc, and I did not want any sweetener, being diabetic. I like that this is non-GMO, and it mixes will in my Nutribullet. My favorite breakfast shake is this protein powder, cold coffee, and some carob powder. (I turned up positive to chocolate too!). It tastes like a mocha latte mixed that way-simply delicious, and a good protein start to the day.

Ask your doctor
The taste was very nice. It blended well and has a nice combination of Amino Acids. Problem was it made my heart race. I talked to my dr. and his assistant and they also had the same symptoms. Sorry I can't send it back for a refund.

Best protein powder out there!
I have been using pea protein powders for many years and am so excited to have found this one. I honestly think it is the best quality protein on the market! Even over the warrior blends which add way too much salt. All in all, this one is the best! I have tried the vanilla flavor one and it is excellent as well. Perfect digestion too. If you are looking for the best tasting one then you may not like this plain flavor, but I personally prefer the plain and love that it can be added to savory dishes and not just fruit smoothies, which I hardly ever make anyway. The vanilla flavor would be better for fruity concoctions although is not super sweet by any means. Neither has that chemical taste that most other powders have. Also, concentrates are more alkalizing for the body, whereas isolates can be very acidic.

I really like this product in terms of taste and quality of ingredients. If you're not used to it, the smell and flavour might be slightly unpleasant at the beginning. However, it can be sprinkled in your breakfast, smoothies or pancakes, for example, and it blends really well.
