MOBICOOL U26 DC Portable Thermoelectric Cool Box for Car and Truck, 25 Litre, 12 V

My husband brews and drinks his own real ale but weirdly likes it cold. It has to stay upright due to the sediment and I got so tired of doing our shopping on a Saturday and having to squish everything in the fridge to accommodate his beer. We have no room for a second fridge unless it goes in the garage and won’t work out there. The little drinks fridges are fine for cans but not bottles like he uses. So I did a bit of investigating and found this little gem. It’s absolutely brilliant. Along with an adapt or to plug into the mains this is the perfect temporary solution for his weekend beer without filling the fridge up. It’s not very noisy at all, just a fan noise but it’s not intrusive at all. Very roomy too, holds 12 upright hobgoblin size bottles and then there is still room on top. He sets it going when he pits his beer in about midday and also puts a couple freezer blocks in just so it doesn’t have to work so hard. Hubby very happy with his birthday present and me very happy too.

I use my cool box in the boot of my car for chilled and frozen food that I purchase from my supermarket. Does the job perfectly. Very quiet in operation.

Arrived very quickly. Good capacity and we drove to southern France with the box full of milk, butter, cheese and some beers with some ice packs as recommended. After a night on the ferry and 9 hours travelling, all contents lovely and cold and the larger ice packs still frozen. A good buy!

Brilliant piece of kit for £34 only wish I'd bought 2 before they doubled the price, as others have said there is a bit of fan noise, but we leave it in the awning hooked upto spare battery, so does not bother us, dropped a few ice blocks in with frozen food seemed to keep it frozen/chilled for a lifetime.......

It stopped working after a week and then blow all my fuses, so I end up paying to have them replaced ( it chosen to blow fuses impossible to reach or even find - thank u citroen) and then when connected it blows them again. This is how we knew it was the fridge. Scrap it and didn't have fuse problem ever since.

I use this in the back of a VW camper. Small enough to keep in the back for shopping trips and longer trips. There is fan noise, which could be intrusive at night, but on journeys you cant really hear it unless you are stopped. (Depending on your car, that may differ). Keeps contents fridge cool, but I chill items in the fridge first and add freezer blocks. Using this method contents are acceptable cool (eg milk) for days. Happy with this.

Need to use ice packs as well to get internal ambient temperature down to start with but otherwise keeps things reasonable cool, not significantly better than a standard cool box for short use but probably keeps cool longer in the end for a sustained period.

Groß genug und gute kühlfunktion. Das ganze zu einem kleinen Preis. Ich bin zufrieden mit der Kühlbox.

Die Kühltasche ist perfekt! Es passt viel hinein und ist Sie ist auf den Preis gesehen sehr gut verarbeitet. Die Kühlleistung ist Weltklasse! Getränke sind wirklich immer Kühl auch wenn es super heiß im Auto ist. Auch nicht angeschlossen schützt Sie Getränke und co. vor zu warmen Temperaturen. Ich kann den Kauf nur empfehlen. Ich selbst habe nur die 12V Variante und hab mir später ein Stromkabel nach gekauft. Ich empfehle daher direkt die Strom + 12V Variante zunehmen. So kann man die Getränke schon im Haus vorkühlen und kann Sie ggf. auch bei einer Sommerparty im Garten nutzen. Einziger Nachteil: Sie ist relativ lauf. Im Hotelzimmer möchte ich das Ding nicht neben meinem Bett stehen haben. Im Auto aber durch den Straßenlärm vollkommen okay. Das hört man nicht. Alles in allem: Toller Artikel den man haben muss!

Cumple sobradamente con las previsiones, yo la conecto la noche anterior al conversor y la tengo toda la noche que se enfríe, al día siguiente al coche y no necesita hielo para mantenerse frío, Inicialmente le puse unos hielos antes de salir de casa y cuando llegaba a destino, despues de 3 o 4 horas, estaban intactos, no se habían descongelado

ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, capiente, mantiene perfettamente raffreddati gli alimenti e bevande. volendone prolungare l'azione dopo spegnimento basta inserire dei ghiaccioli da frigo. Consigliato.

j'ai acheté cette glacière électrique pour m'en servir au quotidien , je suis routier , je m'en servirai à la semaine pour conserver comme dans un frigo ma nourriture de la semaine.pour l'instant je m'en suis servis sur un trajet de 2 h , la glacière conserve bien le froid: 4 degrés dans la glacière (mesure prise avec un thermomètre), le moteur ronronne légèrement à l'arrêt; mais une fois que le moteur de votre véhicule est en marche le son du moteur de la glacière ne s’entend plus ! elle ne fonctionne sur la prise allume cigare que lorsque le contact est mis , la longueur du câble d'alimentation est suffisante , la poignée de transport verrouille parfaitement la glacière et permet de la conserver ouverte pour son chargement et le couvercle s'enlève facilement pour le nettoyage.vous pouvez aisément y loger des bouteilles verticalement.la fabrication semble robuste , je recommande donc cet achat.
