Does it state anywhere on the box how much caffeine there is per bag, or does it say which type of green tea it is so I can calculate?

There is no statement of amount of caffeine per bag and no mention of type of green tea.

There is a date on the box; is that the expiration date? I just received my package today 7/31/2020 and that date showing 8/20/2020.

Well, it has roasted brown rice in the tea to give it flavor, and brown rice is supposed to be gluten free so I would say it *probably is gluten free*, but if you're that concerned perhaps you shouldn't drink it even though it is delicious.
