What happens if it wasn’t refrigerated?

I never refrigerated mine. It was good.. also didnt last more than a week I believe. I drank it pretty quick

I find the following formula a reasonable facsimile of a traditional (Wisconsin) Old Fashioned: 1 Highball glass filled with ice (half of the ice crushed) 3 oz Spiritless Kentucky 74 (N.A. Bourbon) 1/4 oz Strongwater Old Fashioned Syrup 2-4 Dashes Dram Hair of the Dog (N.A.) Bitters 1 Teaspoon Maraschino Cherries (Juice + Cherries) 1/4 oz Reeds Strongest Ginger Beer (for a little more spice) 1 Teaspoon Orange Juice (I'm too lazy to do the orange peel thing) I like this enough that it's pretty much become my nighttime N.A. cocktail. A bit pricey but, then again, so was my alcohol habit back in the day...

One of the two bottles I received was broken/empty inside the box. How can we make this right?
