This car, with its curved, powerful body, features a 2-litre turbo engine with metal turbines and water-based intercooler system that produced 235 hp. The 4WD system utilized a medium visco coupling and a Torsen rear differential for excellent controllability and traction. In global rally races in 1993, the Celica GT-Four for Toyota (ST185) brought both the manufacturer and driver championships for the first time.
