Please tell me which is firmer, the blue or white, of your 36x6" foam rollers? I want a very firm one. Thanks.

My physical therapist said white ones are the softest then blue is more firm then purple even more firm then black is the hardest. He said too hard can bruise you. Your muscles and nerves need to get used to foam rolling. You can even cause nerve pain if you put too much weight on a foam roller and on a hard one.

Are these made in the US?

Hello,Thank you for your interest in Prosource products. This item is manufactured in China.Best Regards

Is there a difference in firmness between the blue and the white 36" rollers?

Hello, There is no difference between the 36" blue and white rollers other than their colors. Best regards.

Are these considered "standard density" or "Medium density" foam rollers?

Hello, This Flex Foam Rollers is a medium density, Best regards.
