Good works and worth the try
I used it for my mother, it worked wonders she had bleeding internal piles , she told to go for surgery but before surgery me and brother thought to go for ayurveda, which i got to know this from a YouTube comment. Now, i ordered for myself as i was suffering same internal hemorrhoids piles but no bleeding for me unlike my mother. She recommended now for this again. Thank you company for this good product

Doesn't work on advanced stage. Will work only for fissures.
I used this medicine for six months. I followed all instructions but this medicine did not work on me. I think it only works when you are at initial stage of piles i.e. fissures. I had both piles fissures and during operation doctor found out I had started having fistula. You can not remove skin tags by any medicine as its a abnormal development of muscles. Operation is only permanent cure for advanced stages of piles. So I will advice use this only for fissures.
